I finally have the chance to sit down at my computer and let you guys know what has been happening in the last week or two… but if you have been following along on Snapchat (username: Missmonbon) and Instagram, you may already be a little clued in!

Last time I decided to play catch up with you all, I mentioned that I would be travelling a fair bit in the coming months; with a holiday to Bali booked, as well as my airfares to Sydney for MBFWA. What I didn’t mention (but definitely hinted at) was more travel to South East Asia – a trip that I have just returned from. It was all confirmed rather last minute (hence my inability to say anything last catch up), and over the weekend, I flew out to Kuala Lumpur and Langkawi with AirAsia. I had never been to Malaysia before, and I am still pinching myself that I have been lucky enough to go… all alongside a good friend and incredible content producer in her own right, Jenelle! Over the course of the coming weeks, you will be sure to see some of the adventures that Jenelle and I got up to while we were over there! In the meantime, follow along on Instagram with the hashtag #lmmbxairasia.
Before I left for Kuala Lumpur on Saturday, I managed to squeeze in my very first IPL session with Sabr MediSpa. I have talked about getting IPL for years, but never made the leap to actually do so (something something ‘scaredy cat’ something). Short of somehow contracting nose down alopecia, IPL is my next best option in the quest of eternally smooth underarms, legs and lady parts (let’s face it, these are the 3 most pesky areas to keep hair free!). After only one session, we are still in the early days, but I am excited to see what happens as the weeks progress! Has anyone else had IPL? What are your thoughts on it? I can already see that my hair is growing back slower and more patchy, so I am excited to see what difference my next session makes next week.
Despite my ever changing routine (and the odd spontaneous getaway!) one thing I have managed to keep constant, is my exercise regime with Movement Co. It has been years since I have visited a gym or class on a regular basis, so it feels amazing to have found a gym that I love. I have been training with Mat, their gymnastics coach, for quite a few months now, and I just signed up for a 3 month unlimited membership with them! Unfortunately, the 3 classes per month on ClassPass just weren’t enough to sate my appetite for the Movement Co classes… In saying that, those ClassPass classes are so darn handy when I travel, giving me access to any ClassPass registered gym or class anywhere in the world!
Alas, as I type, time is ticking by fast and I need to get myself ready to head out to a meeting – I never stop. Although it is a short one this time, I hope you enjoyed my little catch up!
